Gîte of 43 m² with a master bedroom (bed 140x190cm) and a second bedroom (2 beds 90x190 cm). Equipped kitchen open to living room with table for 6 people, TV on cupboard, convertible sofa bed 140x190cm, armchair. Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail. Separate WC. Private east-facing balcony with table and chairs.
Common equipment with 4 other gites on the ground floor of the building: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Cot, high chair, changing table (baby equipment available on reservation).
Barbecue and forest tables in the courtyard and common ground behind the building. Closed ski/bicycle room.
Possibility of renting sheets and carrying out end-of-stay cleaning for you.
In the heart of the Risse valley and the Alps of Lake Geneva. In the village center with main road, school, town hall, church nearby. Les Brasses-Bellevaux station (4 km). Sommand-Praz de Lys (15 km). Geneva at 45 km. Cross-country skiing on site, hikes from the gîte. In summer, swimming pool in the village of Onnion 4 km away.
