Gîte (44 sq. m.) featuring lots of exposed wood, adjoining owners' home in house built in 1665. Entrance on upper ground floor: kitchen area opening onto living room et dining area, shower room/WC. Upper floor (accessed via open tread staircase): 2 bedrooms (double bed, cot) (2 single beds, sofa bed, folding sofa bed). 10% discount for 3 week stay. Oil-fired heating + extra electric heaters. Bed linen et towels supplied. Wooden deck with garden furniture. Parking on-site. Snow equipment needed in winter. Gîte unsuitable for people with restricted mobility. Plaine Joux family ski resort 5km, Chamonix 25km. St Gervais (spa) 11km. Passy lake 5km.

Independent entrance from the upper ground floor (1 step): kitchen open to living room (sofa), bathroom (shower) with WC. Upstairs (access by mill staircase): bedroom 1 (1x180cm), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140cm + 1 bed 90cm). Reduction for stay 3 weeks - 10%. Oil heating + electric back-up. Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Parking on site. Snow equipment in winter. Cottage not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
