In an enchanting setting located between Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget, enjoy a cottage built with taste and simplicity, ideal for enjoying sunny days with its terrace lined with wood and plants. A real cocoon!

In a house comprising two gites and the owners' accommodation, accommodation of 36 m² (Carrez law) on two levels comprising on the ground floor a fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher) with dining table as well as a living room (TV under stairs, sofa bed with chaise longue). Storage space and separate WC. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 140x190 bed) and bedroom 2 (1 90x190 bed) with sloping ceilings. Shower room with shower and washbasin on cupboard, WC.
Linen and towels provided. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Wi-Fi Internet.
Wooden staircase between the car park and the private wooden terrace built on one level with the kitchen. Large car park near the cottage. Dogs and cats accepted on request only.
For safety reasons, not recommended for children between 12 months and 3 years old.
Small village of Vallières (shops, restaurants...) at 1km, Rumilly (all shops and activities) at 5km, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy at 25km. Many hikes nearby. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
