91m² cottage located on the garden level of a detached house. Access via a secure gate. Parking in the private courtyard.
Access to the garden level and the cottage entrance is possible via two staircases. Large, partially sheltered terrace and private, fenced grounds.
Entrance hall leading to the central hallway with storage. Access to the living room (lounge, TV on a unit, dining area, terrace access) and the kitchen (dishwasher, dining table, terrace access).
Hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms (140x190cm beds), the bathroom (bathtub, shower cubicle), and the separate toilet. Washing machine and cleaning products are located in the stairwell leading to the garages (not accessible).
Non-smoking cottage. No Wi-Fi access. Ski/bike shelter available in the garden shed. No electric vehicle charging facilities. Sheets provided and beds made upon arrival. Household linens provided. You must bring your own towels. An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available.
The house includes an unused upper floor and garages (not accessible, owner's storage). Baby crib available upon request.
In the center of the village of Sillingy (3 km): all shops and services. Annecy, its old town, and the lake are 15 km away, and Lake Balme de Sillingy is 4 km away. Clermont Castle is 13 km away. Geneva is 43 km away. A shopping area and hypermarket are 6 km away.
