This beautiful contemporary architect-designed house welcomes up to 8 persons for a comfortable stay between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, allowing you to discover lake Annecy, the Bauges Natural Regional Park and the Beaufortain.

Detached house on two and a half levels (130 m²) located in a hamlet near the village center of Seythenex.

Entrance hall leading to the main room consisting of a kitchen open to the living room with a bar area and dining table. Cathedral-style living room with sofas and a wood-burning stove (first basket provided, €10 for subsequent baskets).
Laundry area with washing machine, additional refrigerator/freezer. Separate toilet.

On a half-level via the staircase, spacious bedroom 1 (160x200 cm bed, large private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath).

Upstairs, a hallway leads to bedroom 2 (160x200 cm bed), bedroom 3 (160x200 cm bed), and bedroom 4 (two 90x190 cm bunk beds). Also access to a mezzanine (reading corner with a convertible sofa bed) overlooking the living room. Shared balcony between bedrooms 2 and 3. Separate bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet.
On the garden level, private terrace with outdoor furniture accessible from the living room and laundry room. Wi-Fi/fiber. Electric vehicle charging available at an additional cost (domestic socket).

Parking available directly in front of the cottage. Stairs leading to the front door.

Cross-country skiing in Val de Tamié 2 km, downhill skiing in the Aravis resorts 35 km (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, La Croix Fry Merdassier), summer shuttle service from Faverges.
