With panoramic view of Les Aravis (mountain range), gîte (75m2, separate entry) on ground floor of owners' chalet. Kitchen opening onto living room (wood-burning stove), bedroom 1 (queen-sized bed), bedroom 2 (3 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 2 WC's (one separate). Terrace, garden, garden furniture, garage. Bed et household linen supplied. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Ski areas: La Clusaz/Balme 1km. Many hiking/riding tracks nearby. Lac des Confins (fishing) 1km. Ski resort centre (shops et activities) 2km. Bus stop : 50 m. Visit/explore: the Col des Aravis, Alpine meadows.

2 bathrooms (bath), 2 toilets including 1 independent. Closet with washing machine and dryer.
South terrace in front of the gîte offering a magnificent view, land (flat on the first part then sloping), garden furniture, deckchairs. Portico, swing. Parking in the car park next to the gîte and/or in the garage reserved for the gîte.
Sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning optional. Underfloor central heating.
La Clusaz/Balme ski areas 1 km away. Many hikes nearby. Lac des Confins (fishing) 1 km away. Center of the resort, all shops and activities 2 km. To discover: Col des Aravis, mountain pastures. Bus stop at 50m, summer and winter.
