On the Col de la Croix-Fry road in a hamlet overlooking the Vallée de Manigod (with panoramic view of Les Aravis mountain range), large chalet comprising 2 adjoining garden level gîtes et owners' home. Gîte (100m2 incl. 11m2 in attic): fitted kitchen opening onto living room (glass-fronted wood-burning stove), bedroom 1 (2 single beds), bathroom, WC. 1st floor: mezzanine (2 single beds), bedroom 2 (double bed), bedroom 3 (double bed), shower room/WC. Bed linen supplied. Wifi. Wood pellet-fired central heating (gîte uses renewable energy). 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Balcony, terrace, garden, barbecue, shared ping-pong table. Free Ski-bus nearby (access to La Croix-Fry/Merdassier ski resort linked to La Clusaz).

Cottage using Renewable Energies (central heating with wood pellets). . Balcony, terrace, land, barbecue, shared ping-pong table. Free ski bus on site in the winter season, access to the Croix Fry/Merdassier station linked to La Clusaz. In summer (July and August) outdoor heated swimming pool 5km away (Merdassier pass). Reduction for stays of 3 weeks -10%.
