Located on a large enclosed lot with a view towards the lake and its mountains and which also includes a second gîte. Parking below the gîte, access to the main level by a sheltered external staircase allowing access through the main door or the kitchen.
1st floor: entrance hall with corridor leading to the living room and guest toilet. Living room with 2-seater sofa and armchairs, wood stove. Access to the panoramic balcony. Dining table in front of the independent equipped kitchen. Access to bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, balcony access) and bedroom 2 (bed 160x200 cm). Bathroom with WC.
2nd floor: access by stairs, relaxation area / living room with sofa and lounge area under the mansard (TV, stereo, games, etc.) office area and libraries. Access to secondary balcony. Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190 cm) and bedroom 4 (bed 90x200 cm).
On the 1st floor, large balcony facing south and east with furniture, enclosed grounds with poril. Access to a private part of the land. Washing machine awaiting installation, service possible on request from the representative.
