On the garden level, entrance hall with cloakroom giving access to bedroom 1 (140x190 cm bed), a separate toilet and stairs. Integrated kitchen open to living room (American fridge, high table, direct access to the terrace) and its pantry. Dining table for 10 people. In the extension, living room with a large sofa and coffee table, TV on cabinet, wooden fireplace (half-level with 2 steps).
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms in various styles with 140x190 cm double beds. Balcony for each room. Second living room with a quick convertible sofa, 140cm TV, small library and balcony access. Large bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, walk-in shower (1 to 2 steps). Separate WC.
Laundry room in the basement with washing machine, dryer, sink. Additional WC.
Garden furniture and outdoor dining table, gas barbecue, deckchairs. Quietly located house in a small hamlet, at the end of the road with parking in the courtyard directly in front of the house. Access to the entrance by external staircase. Sheets provided, beds made upon your arrival. Household and bathroom linen (1 towel per person) are also provided. End of stay cleaning included. No equipment offered for charging electric vehicles.
