On the first Sunday of January, the museum is open for free from 2 PM to 6 PM, with an animation at 3 PM.
Visiting the museum means immersing yourself in the history of time measurement, the evolution of watchmaking and the manufacture of small mechanical parts. Let yourself be told the quest for precision through centuries and techniques.

  • A40 freeway, exit 18. Follow signs for Cluses, then Musée de l'Horlogerie et du Décolletage.
    Public parking in blue zone just in front of the Museum entrance. Free 2-hour parking with a disc, which can be provided by the Museum if required.
    One space for the disabled. Drop-off possible in front of the Musée hotel.
    On the second floor of the Espace Carpano & Pons building.
    Two spaces reserved for school and tourist coaches.
