Cosy and comfortable gite in an old renovated farmhouse located 15 minutes away from lake Annecy.

Gîte of 33m² arranged on the ground floor of a renovated old country farm including also 2 other gîtes and another owner's home.
The farm is located at the heart of a hamlet near Lake Annecy, Savoie (Ugine, Albertville) and at the edge of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park.
Shared entrance with 2 other accommodation units. Fitted kitchen open onto living room (sofa, television), bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm), access to a small balcony. Bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry nook.
Beautiful private wooden terrace (west facing) in front of the gite with furniture, relaxation lounge, parasol and plancha. Shared parking.
Sheets and towels are provided. Wifi. Common garage for storage of skis, bicycles or motorbikes.
