In a former country farm renovated between lakes and peaks of Chablais, mountain atmosphere for this gite (85 m2 + attic) arranged on the 2nd floor (1st floor from parking). Farm comprising 1 other cottage, housing of the owners and 2 year-round location. Entry from back of the cottage. Kitchen open to living room, balcony, room1 (1 double bed), shower, WC. Duplex: mezzanine, room2 (3 beds 90 including 2 twin). Central heating. Land (garden furniture, barbecue). Holiday center in hamlet. Ski: Bernex 2km, Portes du Soleil (Abondance) 17km. Discovery itineraries (Dent D'oche). Lake (swimming): La Beunaz 800 m, Geneva 8 km. Evian (Thermal baths) 9km. 3 weeks-10%.

Integrated kitchen open to living room, access to the balcony (mountain view), bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Small cellar
Duplex: mezzanine with sofa and desk, bedroom 2 with 3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be combined.
Central heating. Optional: sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning.
