Gîte with independent access of 40m2 done up in ground-level of the chalet of the owners. Hall, integrated kitchen open to living room (fireplace, sofa), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower), separate wc. Wooden terrace with furniture and barbecue offering panoramic views of Megève, the ski area and Mont Blanc. Wifi internet, private parking space. Sheets and towels are included. Center of Megève 2km (shops, entertainment, sports hall: swimming pool, patre ...). Ski area 2.5km (gondola Jaillet or Chamois). Thermes de Saint-Gervais at 17km. In summer: biotope lake Combloux 7km, and many hiking nearby. Chamonix at 45 minutes. For access to the cottage, provide snow equipment in winter.
