The flat (approx. 45m2) is located on the ground floor of our chalet and is ideal for exploring the Mont Blanc region. Quiet, south-west facing (terrace), very easy to access, new, bright, and cheerful. Close to everything !

One-way windows: you can't see from outside (except in the evening if the light is on: roller shutter in the bedroom - opaque curtain in the living room).
Sleeping arrangements :
1 bed 160x200 in the bedroom, new and comfortable bedding, cosy duvet.
1 sofa bed 140x190, in the living room (extra bed for a short period).
1 baby bed (20€ per stay, + 5€ per day from the 5th day) - with mattress and fitted sheet only.
Beds made on arrival, towels provided, as well as bath mats and kitchen towels.
Coffee: a filter coffee maker No. 2 - or No. 4 which is cut at the top :) and a manual piston filter coffee maker (no need for a paper filter). So both for ground coffee.
Private sheltered terrace, with 1 table and 2 chairs, 2 deckchairs, 1 parasol. Quiet location. View of the mountains.
Secure key box, but we live on site, we welcome you most of the time on arrival (from 4pm - or earlier if the flat is available).

Wifi - and possibly fibre optic very soon.
Private entrance, parking space on site.
Walking distance to Mountain store/Quechua (400m / 5mn), Super U supermarket (800m / 10mn), or bus stop (400m / 5mn). However, we advise you to use your own vehicle to travel around the area.
Passy Plaine-Joux at 20mn by car (or regular bus at 400m)
Thermes de Saint-Gervais at 4km.
No smoking flat.
No chemical cleaning products (only natural or organic).
Cleaning option available - extra charge - 35€.
I don't charge for cleaning, as most travellers leave the flat very clean, so I don't want to penalise them with extra costs.
I do ask that you remove the sheets, clean and put away the dishes, take away the trash and all your groceries, and leave the flat clean.
If you don't want to do the cleaning, you have to clean and put away the dishes, take away the garbage and your groceries, let me know as soon as possible.
