Within the school, the "Salaison, Fromagerie, et Beurrerie" production workshops are pedagogical platforms that support the transmission of know-how and artisanal production methods to learners.
Raw materials are sourced from local suppliers, guaranteeing local products and emphasizing quality. Taste our cheeses (Abondance PDO, Tomme de Savoie PGI, Raclette de Savoie PGI), fresh meats (beef, veal, lamb and pork), our famous yogurts and our delicious charcuterie, all part of the region.
