Blue trail from Col de Balme to Charamillon. Caution: several 4x4 road crossings.

Departure 2192m. At the Autannes chairlift in Charamillon. Helmets and protective gear strongly recommended, mountain bikes suitable for downhill riding with appropriate braking systems. Mountain bike guide available from all valley rental outlets and Tourist Offices.
