Discover nature's treasures on a friendly walk dedicated to edible plants. Whether as a salad, vegetable or simply to nibble on along the way, you'll rediscover the forgotten knowledge of nourishing plants.

Learn how to recognize, pick and use these natural treasures in complete safety. This outing is open to everyone aged 10 and over. The hike is easy, with a vertical drop of around 200 meters, and is suitable for both curious beginners and those with an intermediate level of knowledge of wild plants.

Equipment required (not compulsory) : Botanist's magnifying glass
Equipment to bring (mandatory): Walking shoes and mountain clothing.
