This workshop is an invitation to share a moment of complicity between mother and child through movement, play and body expression.

This workshop is an invitation to share a moment of complicity between mother and child through movement, play and body expression. In a caring, safe and fun setting, the participants are guided to explore free movement, dance, respectful touch and body creativity. The proposals are simple, accessible to everyone, without any dance prerequisites. The workshop allows to: • Strengthen the affective bond mom–child • Promote the body’s expression of emotions • Develop listening, trust, and presence in others • Offer a space for relaxation, joy and shared pleasure • Support the sensory and body development of the child The times alternate between: • Body and sensory games • Guided movements, free dance and yoga • Moments of calm, relaxation and integration Each duo evolves at their own pace, respecting the needs and limits of each one. A precious time to reconnect with your body, your child, and the pleasure of being together
