Located in a recently renovated farm, our "Côté Bauges" gite combines traditional charm with contemporary comfort at the heart of a perfect setting for your holidays and friend or family reunions!
Between Annecy and Albertville, Villard hamlet has a quick access to the numerous open-air activities offered in the region. With its strategic location in the Bauges mountain range between lake Annecy and other Savoie mountain ranges (Aravis, Beaufortain, Tarentaise, Maurienne), this flat allows you to get to ski resorts, beaches, bike path, hike trails, golf course, via ferrata, paragliding areas, canyoning and plenty other activities in a few minutes.
In order to offer you a comfortable stay, this rental has all the necessary equipments: oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, fondue and raclette grill but also hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, internet access... Numerous storage areas are available in the bedrooms. Beds are made upon your arrival and bath towels are provided!
Outside, a patio/garden facing South with barbecue, outdoor lounge, parasol, deck chairs and sun loungers as well as another shaded patio are at your disposal.
10-12 people capacity: on the ground floor a large living room with an open kitchen and its access to the patio/garden, laundry room and toilet; on the first floor a bright spacious living room with a view of the mountains, 2 double bedrooms (with a 160cm bed) including a master bedroom with shower, 2 triple bedrooms (with three 90cm beds or one 90cm bed and one 180cm double bed upon request), 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
