The heated indoor swimming pool, the wood-burning stove in the living room, the private terrace, the unobstructed view of the mountains are among the many advantages of this gite in a large chalet comprising 3 other gites!
An equally ideal location: 3km from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand,
300m from the village center and 30min from Lake Annecy.

In an old fully restored farmhouse comprising 4 gites, the owners' accommodation and an indoor swimming pool, "Le Paret" gite of 82m² fitted out on the ground floor. Independent entrance.
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to the living room with wood stove (wood provided), tv, stereo. Access to the terrace by French window.
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 180x190 or 2x90 twin), bedroom 3 (1 bed 180x200 or 2x90 twin).
Shower room (shower/wc), separate wc. Washing machine in the cottage.
Bed sheets and towels included. Optional: cleaning during and end of stay. Wifi internet access.
Private terrace with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs. Communal heated indoor swimming pool.
Court, private parking. Large lot around the chalet. Toboggans made available by the owners. Local skis and bicycles.
Center of the village (shops, restaurants, etc.) at 300m. Beginner skiing in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. Ski resorts (Aravis) of Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz at 3 km, ski bus shuttle at 300m.
