Quality appointments for this gîte of more than 200m² with its magnificent living room equipped with a wood-burning stove, 7 bedrooms and as many shower rooms. Indoor heated swimming pool accessible all year round!
Its location, in the heart of the Aravis, will allow you to enjoy the many summer and winter activities nearby: hiking, skiing (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand 3km away), Lake Annecy 30min away...

In an old fully restored farmhouse comprising 4 gites, the owners' accommodation and an indoor swimming pool, "La Grange" gite of 210m² on the 2nd floor of the chalet (1st floor from the car park at the rear of the chalet). The cottage is laid out on 2 levels. Independent entrance.
Entrance hall, large living room with integrated kitchen open to dining room and living room with wood stove (wood provided), tv, stereo, direct access to the balcony-terrace.
A total of 7 bedrooms, each with its own shower room/wc: 3 bedrooms on the 1st level, 4 bedrooms upstairs. Of the 7 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms with 1 180x200cm bed (2 twin 90cm beds) and 2 bedrooms with 1 160x200cm bed.
1 separate toilet. Washing machine in the cottage.
Bed sheets and towels included. Optional: cleaning during and end of stay. Wifi internet access.
Private terrace with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs. Communal heated indoor swimming pool.
Court, private parking. Large lot around the chalet. Toboggans made available by the owners. Local skis and bikes.
Center of the village (shops, restaurants, etc.) at 300m. Beginner skiing in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. Ski resorts (Aravis) of Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz at 3 km, ski bus shuttle at 300m. Lake Annecy at 22km, Annecy at 28km.
