75 m² gîte on the 1st floor of a house comprising an unoccupied space on the ground floor and the adjoining owners' house.
Access via a comfortable exterior staircase, leading to the private, sheltered, and equipped terrace.
Entrance into the living room comprising an open-plan kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a lounge area (sofa and armchairs, wood-burning stove, and wall-mounted smart TV).
Access to the bathroom (shower, double sink) and separate toilet. Access to the bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a 160x200 cm bed, bedroom 2 with two 90x190 cm beds that can be pushed together and space for a crib. In the hallway, access to an interior staircase hidden in the closet leads to a laundry room with a washing machine, dedicated sink, and additional shower.
Fiberglass Wi-Fi. For your comfort, sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival, and household and bathroom linens are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available (optional).
The storage room under the cottage can accommodate your bikes, skis, etc. A swing is available in an area shared with the owners.
Parking is available in the courtyard in front of the cottage, with a covered space. Electric vehicle charging is possible using a domestic outlet, at an additional cost.
The presence of a pond and a stream nearby requires some vigilance.
