High-quality, ski-in/ski-out, spacious 3-room apartment with very large 35m2 living room/kitchen, sleeps 5 (70 m2 total, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath/shower, one with WC) and separate WC).
You can admire the mountains from the apartment and terrace (20 m2), and enjoy a large heated and covered swimming pool (+jacuzzi, hammam and sauna). The beautifully decorated accommodation is ideal for families and couples looking for peace and quiet, comfort, nature and the Chamonix valley's many activities!
The apartment is ideally situated (top location in the Les Portes du Mont Blanc residence, west-facing with unobstructed mountain views), at the foot of the slopes (Balme/Tour ski area), 50 meters from the gondola lift and 100 meters from the Chamonix train station (30 minutes away). Numerous hiking trails start at the foot of the residence.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher (toaster, kettle, classic coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machines, food processors, etc.).
The apartment is also equipped with a private washing machine and dryer (the only equipped apartment in the residence).
The €90 cleaning/service fee charged by a service provider includes cleaning and linen (sheets, 8 towels, 2 bath mats, household linen) are included in the rental price. We also provide basic necessities (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, sponges, cleaning products, liquid soap in bathrooms, WCs and kitchen, rubbish bags). You don't have to worry about a thing! The two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom can be made into a double bed on request, and the 5th bed is a convertible bed. A cot is available free of charge on request (free WiFi in the accommodation).
Free covered parking is available on site without reservation.
A ski locker is also available for skis to the gondola.
Chamonix is 15 km away and can be reached by train (30 minutes - free with guest cards provided).
