Paysalp introduces visitors of all ages to one of the greatest treasures of our region: cheese. Step into the shoes of an apprentice cheesemaker and make your own white tomme!
Paysalp invites you to discover the cheeses of Savoie. Uncover the secrets behind the production of Reblochon, Tomme de Savoie, and Abondance. Become an expert on cattle breeds and the stages of cheese-making. Get a taste of this region through a tasting session and step into the shoes of an apprentice cheesemaker during a cheese-making workshop! Duration of the Cheese-Making Workshop: 1 hour. Remember to book in advance. The cheese-making workshop is available year-round for groups (school groups, companies, etc.) and only during school holidays for individuals on the following days: All Saints’ Day, Christmas, Winter, and Easter holidays: Wednesday through Friday at 10:00 AM Summer Break: Tuesday through Friday at 10:00 a.m.Paysalp invites you to discover the cheeses of Savoie.
