The La Chartreuse restaurant received the “Bib Gourmand” from the Michelin Guide on Tuesday February 27. This distinction rewards “bistronomic” establishments.

La Chartreuse welcomes gourmets in a rather traditional setting, or on its large terrace in the heart of the village. On the menu of this restaurant, which pays homage to the monks of the Carthusian order, is “well-executed modern cuisine, which deliciously combines seasonal (and often local) products,” says the Michelin Guide.
