Servoz is a quiet village at the entrance to the Chamonix valley. It's a great place to live and enjoy mountain activities in winter and summer.
The studio is located on the 2nd floor of the Les Jorasses residence and faces south-east, with a view of the mountains and the village. It is close to all the amenities, services and shops that the village of Servoz has to offer: town hall, school, tourist office, church, village hall, doctor's surgery, mini-market, restaurants, post office, library, etc. The bus stop is 300 meters away (place de l'église) and the SNCF train station 1 kilometer away (1 train per hour).
The 19 m2 apartment comprises a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, cupboard and storage units. A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds is located near the entrance. Washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, TV, WIFI, board games and reading material complete the equipment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer. There's also a 4 m2 balcony with fold-down table on the south-east side. A studio well suited to a couple with 2 children.
A cellar is available for storing skis, bikes or other equipment. Travelers will be provided with keys to the studio, cellar and bike room.
They will also receive an individual seasonal guest card on arrival, which entitles them to free rail travel in the Chamonix valley between Servoz and Vallorcine, as well as discounts on bus fares and admission to museums and sports facilities in the valley.
