The chapel of the Black Tower dates from 1849, probably founded by the by the inhabitants of the hamlet to place themselves under the protection protection of Saint-Bernard, invoked against water damage. It has been restored in 1997.
The statue of the Virgin and Child was found on the banks of the nearby Arve river Arve, after the catastrophic mudslide of Saint-Gervais in July 1892 of Saint-Gervais in July 1892, which killed nearly 200 people.
