The construction of this chapel was undertaken in 1739, on the initiative of the inhabitants of Chessin. Alienated during the French Revolution, it was bought by these same inhabitants in 1835.

But it was demolished in 1939, to widen the municipal road, then rebuilt during the Second World War. A pretty steeple in tin scales crowns it. Inside, a set of polychrome wooden statues, of beautiful Baroque craftsmanship, is preserved.
