Very beautiful panorama for this gîte fitted out in a wood and mountain atmosphere, with a beautiful private terrace. In winter, the chalet is located just 50m from the ski slopes. Very pleasant environment. Fireplace in the living room.

Gîte of 102m² (+7m² attic) fitted out in a large chalet comprising 2 rentals (2nd accommodation on the garden level labeled Gîtes de France under reference 136184). Common entrance at the back of the chalet. Access and parking directly on the upper part of the chalet. Apartment on the lower floor compared to the parking lot (internal staircase). Gite on 2 levels: 1st level: equipped kitchen, living room - dining room with fireplace (wood not provided), television, dining table. Terrace access. Bedroom 1: 1 160x200cm bed, bathroom (walk-in shower). Separate WC. Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 3 (2 90x190cm beds), bedroom 4 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 5 (2 90x200cm beds that can be twinned). Small mezzanine with attic (access by ladder, 1 bed 80x190cm). Shower room (walk-in shower). Separate WC. Washing machine. Large terrace with garden furniture and large tables, deckchairs, barbecue, magnificent panorama of the mountains. Ping pong table. 1 car garage and 2 parking spaces. Ski room shared by the 2 gîtes. Sheets and towels included, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi internet access. Ski: possibility of directly reaching the Chinaillon slopes (located 50m from the chalet), Outalays chairlift and shuttle stop 350m from the chalet. Center of Chinaillon (shops, restaurants) 1.5km. Center of Grand-Bornand 7km. Numerous summer and winter activities in Grand-Bornand (ice rink, swimming pool, golf, walks, etc.) and in the Aravis, departure for hikes directly from the chalet.
