single-story apartment (76m²) on the ground floor of a chalet with another gîte upstairs (reference 136220). A chalet complex in the heart of Chinaillon, featuring 4 gîtes and the owners' home.

Entrance hall with closet, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (dining table, convertible sofa bed for 2, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker), access to the terrace area in front of the gîte.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed, television), bedroom 2 (sleeps 4) (2 90x200cm beds that can be joined to create a double bed upon request and 2 90x190cm bunk beds, television).
Shower room with walk-in shower, vanity sink, heated towel rail. 1 separate toilet. South-facing terrace area in front of the cottage with garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue, and parasol.
Everything is included: Wi-Fi, bed linens/sheets + beds made upon arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and access to the shared wellness area with a sauna and shower (reservation required).
Shared by all 4 cottages: laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, ski storage.
One private parking space per apartment on site.
Accommodations are accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The owners' ski rental shop is located next door, with discounts available.
Access to the shops and restaurants of Chinaillon is on site, within walking distance. A shuttle bus stop connects Chinaillon and the center of Grand-Bornand (7 km).
Skiing: Ski lifts for the Chinaillon - Grand-Bornand ski area are 300 m away (access via the tourist office lift located 200 m from the cottage). Numerous summer and winter activities in Le Grand-Bornand and the Aravis (ice rink, swimming pool, golf, hiking, via ferrata, etc.). La Clusaz 12km, Thônes 18km, Lake Annecy (swimming, beaches) 32km, Annecy 40km.
