The gîte, on the first floor of the owner's chalet, is surrounded by a vast green space with terrace and play areas in summer and toboggan run in winter. So there's something for everyone in every season.
The gîte's spacious (74m²), carefully decorated interior features a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining area and sitting area (large convertible sofa (160x200)), a small bedroom sleeping 2-3, a large bedroom sleeping 4, a bathroom with shower and sauna, and a separate toilet.
Ideal for a group of friends or a large family, or two families with children of all ages. A warm welcome and discreet guidance is provided by owner Violaine (a heritage guide), who will be happy to answer any questions you may have about local sporting, cultural, gastronomic or other activities, as well as excursions in the area.
The gite is 2km from the center of Samoëns, opposite the Grand Massif and at the foot of La Bourgeoise, which dominates the sunny side of the picturesque Haut Giffre valley. It can be reached via the route de Joux plane, then the route de Lachat. These two roads, as well as the house's access road and parking lot, are regularly cleared of snow in winter.

A warm welcome and discreet guidance are provided by the owner - Violaine, a heritage guide - who will be happy to inform you about the natural, cultural, gastronomic and sporting resources of the area, as well as the possibilities for excursions in the region. Rental prices vary from 350 to 980 euros per week, depending on the season. Prices are based on 6 people occupying the gîte. Prices may be reduced according to number of people or length of stay. For weekend or short-stay rates, only possible outside school vacations, please contact the owner. Holiday vouchers accepted. Pets not accepted.
Security deposit: 200€ Cleaning charge: 60€.
