Gîte on 2 levels in an independent house. On the ground floor, bedroom 1 (160x200 bed, access to the south terrace, private shower room). Separate toilets. Vast living room including an open kitchen and central table/island, TV on cupboard and living room with a 2/3 seater sofa and benches. Wood stove (wood provided) and access to south and east terraces. Spiral staircase: access to bedroom 2 (160x200 bed, east-facing balcony/terrace), bedroom 3 (140x190 bed) and bathroom with walk-in shower + double basin and WC.
Terraces on the south side with large table, gas barbecue, deckchairs, parasols, awning. Sheltered terrace (east) equipped with an outdoor lounge. Outdoor SPA (note: not in operation from 01/12 to 30/04).
Laundry room (washing machine, dryer) accessible from the terrace at the back of the house. Access by gate and common path with a neighboring house located behind the cottage. Parking on private parking, possibility of access by car to the entrance. Electric car charging on a conventional socket.
Sheets, linens and towels are provided. Beds made on arrival. Animals accepted (must be indicated when booking). Direct neighborhood with an organic culture area. View of the mountains (Aravis massif, Borne, Bauges). Paddle and small sports equipment (balls, rackets, flippers/mask, etc.) available.
Shores of Lake Annecy nearby (pontoon 80m, unsupervised swimming), Sevrier municipal beach 1.8km accessible by bike. Bike path/greenway 350m to reach Annecy or Doussard by bike along the shores of the lake.
Center of Sevrier (shops) at 3km, Albertville road with multitude of shops at 650m. Annecy and its old town 7km away. Semnoz at 22km (downhill skiing, cross-country, snowshoeing in winter, hiking in summer). Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand) at 37km, Geneva at 50km.
