Gîte (47 sq. m.) on ground floor of owners' chalet in upper part of ski resort. South facing with views of Les Aravis range. Separate entrance accessed via outside stairs. Kitchen opening onto living room (flat screen TV, double sofa bed), access to south-facing terrace (BBQ, outdoor furniture) and garden. 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (double bed), bathroom, separate WC. Utility room. Bed linen provided. Parking, single garage. Central heating. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. La Clusaz ski areas 500m, cross-country skiing 3km. Free shuttle 400m. Many hiking/riding trails nearby. Lake des Confins (fishing) 3km. Centre of resort, all shops and activities 1.5km.

On the heights of the resort, gîte (55m²) facing south facing the Aravis range and fitted out on the garden level of the owners' chalet.
Access by external staircase from parking, independent entrance.
Kitchen open to living room (140cm rapido type convertible sofa), access to the south terrace (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs) and small garden.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (2 90x190cm beds that can be joined together), bedroom 2 (1 160x190cm bed), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Laundry room/pantry.
Sheets are provided. Towels not provided. Optional end-of-stay cleaning.
Private parking in the property, 1 car garage at the entrance to the property. Central heating.
