Independent chalet of 101m² (+12m² attic) with 3 bedrooms in a quiet area, Lac des Plagnes area.

Entrance from the ground floor or directly from the living room on the 1st floor of the chalet.
Ground floor: entrance hall, garage, laundry room with washing machine.
1st floor of the chalet: equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room: dining table, corner sofa, television, bay windows giving access to the balcony or garden. 1 separate toilet.
2nd floor, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm). Bathroom: shower, bathtub, washbasin on furniture, heated towel rail, toilet.
Balconies, garden with forest table, deckchairs, barbecue. Land around the chalet. Mountain view.
On-site parking in front of the chalet or in the garage (1 car). In winter, in case of snow, parking is recommended 150m away at the bottom of Chemin des Chapelles.
Electric vehicle charging on reinforced 16A socket (extra charge).
Satellite WiFi internet. Sheets/bed linen and towels are provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Like the entire hamlet, the chalet is supplied by spring water (UV lamp treatment). Chalet parking under video surveillance. You will be welcomed by the owners who live nearby.

Lac des Plagnes 500m away (walks, winter activities), Abondance village centre with shops 4.5km away. Footpath and mountain bike trail passing in front of the chalet.

Skiing / Portes du Soleil area: Abondance 5km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 10km, Châtel 16km. Ski/sledding fun area in Abondance. Aquatic centre in Châtel.
Lake Geneva, Thonon and Evian-les-Bains (spa towns) 30km away. Many activities nearby and in the Abondance Valley (hiking, via ferrata, mountain biking, rafting, canoeing, etc.).
Snow equipment required in winter.
