Gite in independent chalet on two levels (75 m²) located near two other gîtes. Comfortable, spacious and welcoming with unobstructed views of the mountains. Ideally located in the heart of the Val de Tamié Nordic area. On the ground floor: kitchen open to living room with dining area and TV area with sofa. Two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190 cm), bathroom, separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine and storage. Upstairs (attic mezzanine), sleeping area with two beds (90x200 cm which can be twinned) and two benches (90x200 cm). Private terrace accessible from French window in the living room with outdoor furniture. Hikes nearby, Tamié Abbey 4 km, Ski: Aravis resorts 35Km (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, La Croix Fry Merdassier), summer shuttle from Faverges. Lake Annecy, Doussard 14 km. A deposit will be requested by credit card imprint via a link sent by the owner before the stay.
