Charming and elegant independent guest room facing the Grand Massif mountains, on the sunny slopes of the Giffre Valley. Lone-story room, quiet location, private terrace. Skiing 4km away in winter. A hearty breakfast is included!

Cozy 20m² guest room located on the ground floor (ground floor) of the owners' chalet. The room has its own private entrance (accessed through a glass patio door). Quiet location, beautiful unobstructed views of the valley and the Grand Massif from the bedroom and private terrace. The room comprises: a sleeping area (140x190 cm bed, TV, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, kettle, and dishes), a semi-open bathroom (shower), and a hallway with a separate toilet. Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating. Terrace with a table and two chairs, a parasol, and deckchairs. Private parking in the chalet courtyard. Breakfast is included: it is served freely by the owners in the airlock, and you can enjoy breakfast in your room (dedicated table) or on the terrace during the summer. Bikers welcome: the owners have a lockable garage for motorcycles or bicycles. Ski locker. Non-smoking accommodation. Bring snow gear in winter. Grand Massif ski area 4km away (Morillon gondola): the area includes the connected resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz, and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval (265km of slopes). Free shuttles in season to the main town of Verchaix (1km away). Small shops 3km away, supermarket 5km away. Lac Bleu leisure center 3km away: summer swimming, pony trekking, treetop adventure course, pump track, tennis. Samoëns resort-village 6km away. Numerous summer and winter hikes nearby: on-site trail, Grand Massif sector, and Fer-A-Cheval Nature Reserve (20 minutes by car). Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 1 hour away by car.
