Independent chalet of 92m2 located in a quiet area of the Mont-Blanc region, near Sallanches, the thermal baths of Saint-Gervais and 25 minutes by car from Chamonix.
Very beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from all the rooms of the chalet: Mont-Blanc, Fiz and Aravis. On the 1st floor of the chalet (access by exterior or interior staircase): separate fitted kitchen, living room (sofa, TV, dining area, wood stove), separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: bedroom 1 (2 90x190cm beds that can be grouped together), bedroom 2 (1 160x200cm bed), bedroom 3 (2 90x190cm pull-out beds), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Balcony, garden, courtyard, and terraces with furniture (table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue). Wifi internet. Large garage on the ground floor with laundry area (sink, washing machine). Underfloor heating on the 1st floor.
Everything is included: sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Supermarket in Domancy 2km away. Ski areas nearby: Combloux at 9km, Bettex gondola at 9.5km (Saint-Gervais/Megève area), Passy-Plaine-Joux family resort at 16km.
Passy leisure center 5 minutes by car (3km): summer swimming, karting, tree climbing, mini-golf, fishing.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 6km (approximately 10 minutes). Sallanches 3km, Saint-Gervais 9km, Megève 11km (15 minutes). Chamonix 25km (30 minutes), Annecy, Geneva and Lake Geneva approximately 1 hour away.
