Spacious 210m² chalet spread over two levels within a pleasant park of 11 tourist chalets.
Shared with the other accommodations: boules pitch, ping-pong, foosball, and children's playground.
This chalet (adjoining the reception office) is the largest on the estate. It has its own independent entrance.
On the ground floor:
- Large 130m² living room with dining area and lounge area (sofas, TV, fireplace (wood provided), billiards table, piano, reading corner, bar).
- Separate kitchen (professional).
- Shower, separate toilet.
- Sauna.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 (1 queen-size bed, private bathroom with shower).
- Bedroom 2 (2 single beds, private bathroom with shower).
- Bedroom 3 (2 single beds, private bathroom with shower).
- Bedroom 4 (1 queen-size bed, private bathroom with shower).
- Bedroom 5 (1 queen-size bed, private bathroom with bathtub).
- 2 separate toilets.
- Separate mezzanine/bedroom 6 (accessed via another staircase from the living room): 2 single beds, desk.

Towels and sheets are included (beds made upon arrival). Wi-Fi.
Shared parking at the top of the property, with unloading available in front of the Gîte terrace.
Large private terrace with Scandinavian spa, forest tables, relaxation lounge, parasol, and gas grill.

Small shops (bakery, bar-restaurant, tobacconist/newsagent) are 100m away, while the supermarket and center of Passy are 2.5km away.
Valléen du Fayet cable car is 5km away: connection to the center of Saint-Gervais and the ski area (Saint-Gervais/Megève). Le Fayet thermal baths are 5km away.
Plaine-Joux family resort is 10km away: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and numerous hikes all year round.
Passy leisure center is 3.5km away (6 minutes by car): summer swimming, treetop adventure park, karting, fishing, etc.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is 20 minutes away by car (20km). Megève is 15km away (25 minutes).
Geneva is 50 minutes away, Annecy, and the beaches of Lake Geneva are about 1 hour away.
