Between Le Linga and Pré-la-Joux, just 3km from the center of Châtel, 3-bedroom gîte (sleeps up to 8) in an old, fully-restored farmhouse, beautifully appointed, wood ambiance, balcony. Shuttle bus stop in front of the chalet.

Nice amenities for this 115m² gîte in an old farmhouse typical of the Abondance valley, also including another gîte on the ground floor (ref. 63047). The 2 cottages to be rented together for a capacity of up to 14 people.
Gîte on the 1st floor. Capacity 6 to 8 people. Common entrance.
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to the dining room and the living room (corner sofa + convertible sofa bed for 2 people, television, access to the south-east balcony).
3 bedrooms: bedroom (1 bed 180x200cm, bathroom / wc), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm allowing to create a double bed 180x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm also twinnable). Shower room with walk-in shower (+ washing machine), separate toilet.
Sheets provided, towels for hire, optional end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi internet access.
Private ski locker and boot dryer. Private parking in front of the chalet.

The chalet is located on the Pré-la-Joux road between the Linga and Pré-la-Joux stations. Center of the village of Châtel at 3km (shops, services, restaurants, aquatic center \ "Forme d'O \"). Skiing: Linga lifts 1km away, Pré-la-Joux 2km. Shuttle stop on site in front of the chalet. Lake Geneva, thermal baths, Evian-les-Bains, Thonon-les-Bains 40km away. Many walks and hikes in the Abondance Valley, possibility of departure from the chalet. Swiss border (Morg) at 6km.
