In the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes in winter (alpine skiing + cross-country skiing): Individual chalet ideally located on the Praz-de-Lys/Sommand plateau at 1450m altitude. Calm environment, warm interior atmosphere. Possibility of hiking all seasons from the chalet.

Warm independent chalet of 75m2 arranged on 3 levels. Quiet environment, resort center and ski area 300m away. On the ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (dining area, lounge area with TV), bathroom (shower). On the lower level of the chalet: bedroom 1 (1 180x190cm bed separable into 2 90cm beds, TV), bedroom 2 (1 180x190cm bed separable into 2 90cm beds, TV), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, laundry room. On the 1st floor of the chalet (mezzanine): bedroom 3 (4 90x190cm beds, TV), separate toilet. Electric underfloor heating. Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Private parking (1 space under the carport + one to two outdoor spaces). Private ski/bike room with boot dryer in a small annex chalet (mazot). Balcony (unenclosed), grassy terrace area with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Land around the chalet. 300m from the gîte: resort center and shops (open in tourist season), ski lifts, ESF, cross-country ski trails. Numerous hikes to practice all seasons from the gîte. Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) at 12km, Taninges at 10km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Geneva and Lake Geneva 1h10 by car, Annecy 1h15. Chalet not recommended for people who have difficulty getting around (stairs).
