In the garden-level laundry room, accessible from the parking area, you'll find a ski room with a heated boot dryer for 12 pairs of skis. The children's bedroom is also located on this level, as is its en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, double vanity, and separate toilet. On the ground floor are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and an elegant family bathroom with a beautiful two-person shower. Each bedroom has its own independent thermostat.
The main living area is on the second floor. Here you'll find a large open-plan room with a sleek kitchen, table and chairs, and comfortable leather sofas arranged around a striking open fireplace. Thanks to underfloor heating, you'll enjoy returning to a warm and comfortable home each evening. A separate lounge area is located on a mezzanine level, complete with a flat-screen TV.
