Gîte (45 sq. m.) on ground floor of owners' chalet in upper part of Saint-Gervais. Cosy interior, tasteful décor, Fitted kitchen in living room (TV, dining area), bedroom (160cm wide bed), alcove near entrance (2 single bunks). Shower room, separate WC. Private garden (outdoor furniture, BBQ, deckchairs) facing the Mont-Blanc and Les Fiz range. Underfloor heating. Bed linen hire. Ski shuttle in season 400m. St-Gervais centre 3km, spa 7km, Megève 10km, Chamonix 27km. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks (excluding French school holidays). Many hiking/riding trails nearby.

Independent entrance: kitchen area integrated into living room (Tv, bench), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), 2 bunk beds 90x190cm are located in the entrance of the gîte.
Shower room, separate toilet. Private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, deckchairs facing Mont-Blanc and the Fiz range. Floor heating. Wireless. SPA (jacuzzi) in extra (12€/session) by reservation. Possibility to rent sheets. Shuttle for skiing in season at 400m.
Saint-Gervais center and Bettex cable car for ski resort at 2.5km away. Mont-Blanc Tramway train station at 3.5 km away.
