In the heart of Chablais, in a hamlet near Bernex, a typical village, independent chalet with terrace, garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wood stove in the living room offering a beautiful wood and mountain atmosphere. Skiing in Bernex, Thollon-les-Mémises or in the Portes du Soleil area. Lake Geneva and Evian-les-Bains 20 minutes away.

Independent chalet of 105m² arranged on 2 levels, located in a small hamlet between 2 beautiful villages of Chablais: Bernex and Saint-Paul-en-Chablais. Chalet in a dead end.
Ground floor: storage room / laundry room (storage, washing machine). Equipped kitchen open to the living room (dining table, television, 2 sofas, wood stove - 1st basket of wood provided), bay windows giving direct access to the terrace. Master bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room with sink, shower, toilet, heated towel rail, window). 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: mezzanine with children's games, office. Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony access) and bedroom 3 (2 beds 80x190cm twin to create 1 double bed 160cm on request, balcony access). Bathroom (sink, bathtub, heated towel rail, window). 1 separate toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Garden around the chalet. Balcony upstairs.
Outdoor ski locker. On-site parking in front of the chalet. Family pizzeria (open only in the evening, takeaway) next to the chalet. Electric car charging possible on external domestic socket (with supplement).
Sheets and bed linen provided. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Fiber internet.
