Ground floor (access by external stairs or access on the same level by the garage): entrance hall, kitchen open to the dining room and living room (sofa, television, wood stove), balcony. 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine (1 bed 90x200cm, tv). 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 and 2 identical (each with 1 160x200cm bed, tv, balcony, open bathroom with basin and shower), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm that can be pushed together, tv), bedroom 4 (2 bunk beds 90x200 and 1 90x200cm bed), large bathroom (basin, bath, walk-in shower). 1 separate toilet.
Lower part of the chalet: laundry room with washing machine.
Several landscaped outdoor spaces: covered terrace on the same level as the living room, relaxation area on the front and back of the chalet, balcony, courtyard. Garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, parasol.
Sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning optional. Wi-Fi Internet.
Chalet supplied only by spring water. Access by unpaved road for the last 300 meters.
1 car garage. In summer, on-site parking next to the chalet. In winter, snow equipment necessary, in case of snow, possibility of parking on the road to the Col des Annes at 300m.
Center of Grand-Bornand (activities, services, swimming pool, all shops) at 7.5km. 3km away: golf, cross-country skiing and shuttle stop to reach the heart of the village.
Skiing: Rosay gondola in the village at 7.5km, La Duche chairlift at 2km at the pass (connection chairlift, requires a valid ski pass).
La Clusaz 13km, Thones 20km, Lake Annecy 33km, Annecy 38km. Many hikes nearby in the Aravis.
