Lovely detached chalet (178 sq. m.) in upper part of Morzine. Accommodation on 3 levels. Ground floor: sauna, utility room, bedroom (twin beds which can be joined to form double bed, plasma TV, bathroom, terrace). 1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (stove, flat screen TV), access to balcony and terrace, separate WC. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms each with: twin beds which can be joined to form double bed, LCD TV, shower room, WC, balcony. Garden with outdoor furniture, BBQ. Electric heating (underfloor). Firewood and bed linen supplied, beds made on arrival. Swimming pool, sports centre and Super Morzine cable car all 5 minutes walk away. Shops 1km. Montriond lake (swimming) 5km. Lots of hiking and mountain bike trails nearby. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks.
