Detached chalet (28m² + 11m² attic) on the shores of Lake Montriond, a tourist area close to Morzine. The chalet features a private terrace, garden, balcony, and sauna.

Due to the layout of the chalet (mazot-style), the ceiling heights are lower and vary depending on the room (1.93m in the living room - 2.05m in the bathroom, attic space upstairs).
