This charming 26m² cottage is located on the garden level of a chalet that also houses the owners.

It has a private, ground-floor entrance via the chalet's terrace.

- Open-plan kitchen/living room: dining table, sofa, television, and access to the terrace and garden on the same level.

- Bedroom: 1 queen-size bed (160x200cm), shower. Separate WC with vanity unit and washbasin.

Terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Petanque court, garden, and grounds.

Private parking on site. Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen and towels are provided. Optional: end-of-stay cleaning.

Bicycles and skis can be stored in the owners' garage.

The village center is 2km away (entertainment, activities, market, swimming pool, restaurants, shops, etc.). The road between the village center and the Bouchet Valley/Col des Annes area passes by the chalet (the gîte is on the opposite side, facing the meadows/mountains). A shuttle bus stop is just 150m away, providing access to the village center and ski lifts.

Ski lifts (Rosay gondola) are 2km away.

Numerous summer and winter activities are available, including hiking in the village and the Aravis mountains. Cross-country skiing is available in the Bouchet Valley. A golf course is 2km away.
Lake Annecy and its beaches are 27km away, and Annecy itself is 35km away.
