Independent chalet of 180m² (+10m² attic) arranged on 3 levels in a group of chalets in the heart of Morzine. Maximum capacity: 12 people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to the dining room (pellet stove (pellets included), TV, terrace access), bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed, open bathroom with shower and basin ), separate wc.
Basement: large living room with corner sofa, 190cm TV, sauna with shower area, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, freezer).
1st floor: bedroom 2 (1 160x200cm bed separable into 2 80cm beds, balcony access, bathroom with shower, basin, wc), bedroom 3 (1 160x200cm bed separable into 2 80cm beds, balcony access, open bathroom with shower and basin, wc), bedroom 4 for 4 people (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x200cm), bathroom (bath), separate wc.
Television in each bedroom.
Attic sleeping area (access by small ladder - separated by curtains) with 1 bed 160x200cm.
Wifi internet access. Sheets, beds made on arrival, towels, bathrobes and end of stay cleaning included.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue, deckchairs.
Private spa on the terrace. Private parking spaces in front of the chalet. Heat pump central heating.

Chalet located on the road to La Plagne with a shuttle stop 100m away. easy access to the center of Morzine and ski lifts 2 km away. Center of Morzine 1.5km, all shops and services. Small casino shop 1km away (10 min walk). 200m from the chalet: fitness trail, equestrian center, snack bar, adventure trail and playground.
Many summer and winter activities in Morzine and the Portes du Soleil (skiing, swimming pool, summer tobogganing, hiking, mountain biking...).
