This luminous 75m², 3-bedroom chalet is arranged on half-levels in a style that perfectly combines "mountain" style, contemporary decor and artistic touches.
Located in the heart of the village of Les Bossons, this chalet is a 5-minute drive from the center of Chamonix.
Les Bossons train station and bus stop less than 100m away.
It boasts magnificent views of the Mont-Blanc massif.

On the upper half-level:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (160cm) or 2 single beds (2x80cm)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140cm)
- Bedroom 3 with balcony and Mont-Blanc view: one double bed (140cm)
- Separate WC.
First floor: fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto living room (with wood-burning stove).
Lower half-level: bathroom with bath/shower and WC. Hairdryer.
Large wooden terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, sofa, deckchairs), gas barbecue and plancha.
Other facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, DVD player. Bike and ski sheds.
