Magnificent traditional farmhouse, fully restored, arranged on 3 levels (310m² in total) on the heights of Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and the village. Very quiet area in a preserved environment. You will be welcomed by the owners who live nearby. Ground floor: entrance hall, skiroom, bedroom 1 (1 180x200cm bed separable into 2 single beds), bedroom 2 (1 160x200cm bed), separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Wellness area (shower and sauna) opening onto a covered terrace equipped with a spa.
1st floor: magnificent bright living room with kitchen open to the living room: sofas, hanging fireplace (wood not provided), billiards, television... Bedroom 3 (1 160x200cm bed separable into 2 single beds, lower attic mezzanine - access by ladder - with 2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 5 (4 people: 2 x 2 bunk beds 90x190cm).
On the mezzanine: 2nd living room opening onto the living room. TV room with sofa. The 5 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower or bath), toilet, television.
Numerous outdoor spaces arranged around the chalet: terrace with garden furniture, balcony-terrace with relaxation lounge, balconies, deckchairs, pétanque court, land.
Magnificent view of the village, the slopes in winter and the mountains (including Mont-Blanc)
Wifi internet. Sheets (beds not made), bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Numerous parking spaces including 3 under cover (electric car charging possible). Services and leisure: shops, restaurants in the center of Les Gets 3km away, ski area/lifts, ESF for skiing 3.3km away.
Numerous summer/winter activities in the village and nearby in the Portes du Soleil: Ecoles swimming lake, tree climbing, mountain biking, tobogganing, hikes.
Morzine swimming pool 11km. Lake Geneva, Evian-les-Bains (thermal baths) 45km.
